1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges (Devoluciones y Cambios)


Returns and exchanges (devoluciones y cambios) are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Any product that has been opened, used, or damaged after delivery is not eligible for return or exchange. Only wholesale customers with a valid purchase invoice from Unicana.com can request a return or exchange.


2. How to Request a Return or Exchange


To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Shipping the Item: If approved, you will be responsible for returning the item to our designated return address. Processing: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.


3. Refund Policy


If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was defective or incorrect. 4. Exchange Policy
